  1. We, BAZARDONE (hereinafter – “We”), collect, store, process, and protect the personal data of our users (Farmers and Buyers).
  2. We are the sole controller of all data collected about you. We decide how, for what purposes, and where the information will be used, store it in our database, and ensure its protection in terms of security.
  3. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and usage history from our database.

2. About Us

  1. We are a mobile application and website that directly connect Farmers and Buyers. Farmers post information about the agricultural products they grow, and Buyers can view and purchase them by contacting Farmers through our platform.
  2. These services are provided electronically through the mobile application/website.
  3. When using our services, Users log into their Personal Accounts. Certain personal data of Users is collected, processed, and stored by us for the purposes set out in this Policy.

3. Consent to the Privacy Policy

  1. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you give explicit and informed consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data when using our services. This consent also covers the use of data for the proper and efficient provision of services.
  2. To fulfill legal obligations and ensure service quality, we may use your personal data in the following cases:
    1. to manage our platform and ensure the uninterrupted operation of services;
    2. to conduct statistical research and analytical reviews to improve the service and enhance user experience;
    3. to identify the User and ensure security;

  6. Collected personal data is stored only for the duration of service provision and the achievement of the purposes outlined in the Policy. After this period, or upon request from the User/partner, the data will be deleted or destroyed.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you confirm your full and informed consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data.” You also acknowledge your right to withdraw consent at any time and obtain additional information on how your data is processed.

4. Scope of the Privacy Policy

  1. Electronic and telephone data – when using our services and the mobile application, information is stored on our server about the sequence of pages you visit, the device you use and related internal data, your IP address, operating system, and browser software.
  2. Personal and contact data – information such as name, surname, gender, identity verification data (FIN, ID card series and number), email address, phone number, as well as preferences and settings required for delivering notifications and other updates is collected.
  3. User account data – after receiving electronic data, information is collected regarding the user’s phone number selected during registration, identity verification data, and passwords, for security purposes. Records of account activity are kept, including the last login date and account activity status. Past actions and the user’s transaction history on the platform are also recorded, such as cash-out operations and visited pages.
  4. Other voluntarily provided data – when a user contacts us, corresponds for support, or participates in surveys, additional information is collected, including messages sent to customer support and their content, inquiries and suggestions, feedback and complaints, as well as information provided during participation in surveys.

5. Specific Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  1. We use personal data to create and securely administer the user account and personal cabinet;
  2. Personal data is used to support law enforcement authorities in combating violations;
  3. For conducting and preparing confidential statistical analyses and market research, both internally and with third parties, personal data is collected;
  4. Personal data is used to manage services and operations in the application, as well as to improve their efficiency;
  5. We process personal data to establish effective communication with users and to develop our services and platform;
  6. For further improvement of the user experience in the mobile application/website and enhancement of its functionality, personal data is collected;

  8. If necessary, personal data may be used to manage new business activities;
  9. To prevent illegal operations, fraud, and other criminal activities, personal data is verified and processed;
  10. We collect and process personal data to provide users with support while using the application and to deliver news and other important information.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

  1. Personal data provided by you or through third parties is used to ensure a high level of service. This includes providing technical support, delivering information about the application and services, communicating with you, responding to inquiries, and carrying out other necessary activities for service delivery.
  2. Your personal data may be transferred to relevant government authorities only in cases required by the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  3. If suspicions arise related to violations of law or security risks, we may share certain personal data with relevant law enforcement authorities in order to prevent illegal activities and ensure the safety of our users.

7. Deletion of Collected Data

  1. After using our services, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To do so, you must contact the specially designated email address related to data protection. Based on your request, in accordance with Article 9.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data,” your personal data will be deleted from our servers.
  2. Based on legal requirements, some of your data may not be deleted after your request if its retention is still necessary.
  3. If any doubts or issues arise regarding the security of your personal data, we will take all reasonable preventive and necessary measures to ensure its protection.

8. Changes

  1. We may periodically make changes to the Privacy Policy. The new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect after being published in the mobile application/website.
  2. Your continued use of the application after the publication of the new version of the Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to these changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop accessing the application and cease using the services.
